APTA's Specialization Program governed by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties is supported by staff who cover two areas of the program: initial certification and maintenance of certification. 

All SACE members who have at least 10 items produced and submitted through to the specialty council's item review coordinator in a calendar year have an opportunity to win and be recognized.
